Making these Fan Wedding Programs is not for the impatient; they take a lot of time and focus but they are well worth the effort! Your guests will be quite impressed and the professional and creative style will be a perfect accent to such a special day.
Items You Will Need
- 2 different colored textured card stocks (I used the brand Bazzill Basics).
- Ribbon.
- Paper cutter.
- Corner Rounder.
- Standard hole punch
*Don’t forget to collect your measurements before you head out to the store!
Assembly
- Completed ‘blade’ size is 4 ¼” x 8” at the widest point and 3″ x 8″ at the narrowest point
- Printing is tricky because of the narrowing dimensions of the ‘blade’, so what I suggest you do is take your 8 ½” x 11″ card stock and print in a column on one side of the paper, then rotate the paper, send it back through the printer making another printed column on the opp0site side of the page (same side).
- Once you’ve completed the printing on all your pages, you will need to make a “tick mark” at the top and bottom of all the pages. That way you’re able to line up the marks and cut on an angle with your paper cutter.
- Use a corner rounder and round all of your edges.
- Stack pages together and punch a hole at the bottom of the fan
- Tie fan together with the ribbon.

These are so cute! I just went to my cousin`s last Summer, and she did this to save money as well as to make something really cute. She actually cut each one by hand without a cutout, but I think this system is better (especially if you have more than 200 guests). The ribbon is really cute, but you could use a cute brad as well.
